HR Coordinator, Production
The HR Coordinator drives our mission by supporting the HR team and working with employees across the business to ensure Tesla is a great place to work for everyone. Our team achieves results by being innovative, driven, collaborative, and trustworthy. This is a hands-on tactical role that provides support in the areas of workforce planning, coaching/development, employee engagement, and ad hoc projects as necessary.
What You'll Do
Be the front line for our employees and answer questions and concerns about HR policies, processes and benefits
Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding; is responsible for accurate processing of HR transactions and reporting
Partner with HR Partners, centers of excellence and other cross-functional teams to deliver excellent service and resolve people issues in a timely and effective manner
Identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with HR team to develop and implement lasting solutions
Provide administrative support to HR team on events, projects and programs
Supports human resources leadership to formulate, determine, and effectuate management policies regarding HR, including special access to confidential and sensitive personnel communication and records
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or equivalent work experience
Proven planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks
2+ years of experience in HR or related fields
Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
Maintains a high degree of professionalism and can interface with all levels of the organization as a primary point of contact for team
Can multi-task and work in a fast-paced energetic environment

Expected Compensation
$23.00 - $52.00/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
