DESCRIPTION

We’re building a different kind of retail experience, with no lines and no checkout. Our checkout-free shopping experience is made possible by our Just Walk Out Technology, which automatically detects when products are taken from or returned to the shelves and keeps track of them in a virtual cart. When a customer is done shopping, they just walk out! Shortly after, their Amazon account is charged for their purchases and a receipt is sent.

Designed and custom-built by Amazonians, Just Walk Out, Amazon One, and Amazon Dash Cart technology, are creating exciting new customer experiences in retail using a variety of technologies including computer vision, sensor fusion, and advanced machine learning. Innovation is part of our DNA! Our goal is to be Earth's most customer centric company, and we are just getting started. We need people who want to join an ambitious program that continues to push the state of the art in computer vision, machine learning, distributed systems and hardware design.

As a Senior Program Manager DEI in the Manufacturing, Supply and Technical Operations organization, you will execute programs that grow and advance the business from a human capital perspective. You will advocate and coach peers/leaders in building a diverse and inclusive workplace through the application of data-driven action planning, utilization of self-service resources, and implementation of mechanisms to enhance the employee experience. You will measure and communicate the results of your programs to stakeholders and ensure we are deploying meaningful and needle-moving actions to improve team performance against goals.

You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are willing to wear many hats, and work in a highly collaborative environment that is more startup than big company. We are scaling up our business. For this next phase, the ideal candidate will have experience in, and excel at, continuous improvement.

We are a diverse team who embrace the different perspectives and experiences of our team mates, prioritize fun at work, encourage work-life harmony, and celebrate our wins and accomplishments, together. We are backed by strong leadership dedicated to operational excellence, and offer the scope and support needed for substantial career growth.
