What the job is:
* Working with a diverse client base, conceptualizing then designing custom builds and renovations
* Creating a complete set of working drawings which comply with OBC and municipal bylaws
* Complete permit applications and other municipal and provincial documents
* Liaise with customers and projects managers

What you bring to the job:
* Sound knowledge with Ontario Building Code, municipal bylaws, documents and reports, satisfying project regulations
* Diploma in Architectural Technician/Technology (an asset) or equivalent experience
* Minimum 2+ years applied experience
* Have or willing to obtain BCIN (considered an asset)
* Demonstrated proficiency with AutoCAD
* Great communications skills, enjoys working with the public
* Enjoys working within a team, comfortable sharing ideas and bringing forward suggestions
