We are looking for a skilled and go-getter Administrative Assistant to work under our Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

The Administrative Assistant will be primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient administrative operations. This individual will provide support the SVP of Sales and Marketing by scheduling events, maintaining calendars and completing daily tasks assigned. This position is expected to function effectively with moderate supervision while following the guidelines given on procedures and requirements.

*Responsibilities*

* Provide administrative support to the SVP of Sales and Marketing based on the day-to-day needs of operations
* Perform administrative task, and other document gathering, data gathering filing, spreadsheet creation.
* Organize team communications within the sales department while liaising with internal and external stakeholders on various projects and tasks
* Plan and orchestrate work to ensure priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
* Perform other duties as assigned

*Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience*

* Bachelor’s Degree
* 2-3 or more years of experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper management
* Superb written and verbal communication skills
* Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
* Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
* Ability to keep company confidences
* Ability to support after normal business hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Education:
* Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
* Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
* Administrative Experience: 2 years (Required)
* E-commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
