The University of Wisconsin–Madison Division of Facilities Planning & Management (FP&M) is made up of over 1,200 employees who maintain and operate the physical environment of the UW–Madison campus in support of the university’s research, education, and outreach mission. The division manages capital projects, sustainability efforts, transportation, health and safety, the overall campus landscape, and maintenance of historic buildings. Together, these areas contribute to building a campus resilient for today and well into the future.
