Who We Are:
Coda Construction is a licensed General Contractor that focuses entirely on the residential rental marketplace. We help Property Managers in King and Snohomish counties get their rental properties in tip-top shape for their future tenants. Sometimes that means simply changing a few light bulbs and touching up paint, and other times it means going down to the studs for a floor-to-ceiling remodel. We take an out-of-the-box approach, so we operate less like a traditional contractor and more like a startup. We believe in constantly adapting our processes (and ourselves) to improve as we learn. We’ve built a team of people that we’re proud of, and we’d love to have you join us.
Who You Are:
You are an experienced handyperson with second-nature familiarity with power tools. You are equally capable of working on a team or by yourself and handling repairs through all levels of the remodeling process. You thrive in a quick work environment where creative problem solving is crucial. You are motivated to improve the things you know, and learn the things you don’t. You are excited to join a team that actively looks for ways to support each other.
You Will Be:
Performing basic carpentry (framing, small repairs, decks and fences)
Installing cabinets, vanities, appliances, etc
Painting home interiors (walls, ceilings, trim, casework)
