You will run the client acquisition, retention, and full funnel process at all Midwest locations through analysis and strategic marketing initiatives.
You will be responsible for recommending and executing traditional and digital marketing strategies and tactics that guide prospects through the customer journey from awareness to purchase. Your role includes managing internal partners and external agencies to test and run campaigns, analyzing data, and providing recommendations, and driving the digital and offline strategy to deliver and nurture quality leads. And you are responsible for the strategy and activation behind campaigns spanning search marketing, SEO, CRM, affiliate marketing, and paid social.
That is a lot! So, to do all of this, you have the balance of strategic thinking, project management and analytical abilities to drive initiatives to increase cost effective leads and drive consistency of user experience throughout digital assets. You enjoy being able to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, manage a multi-million-dollar budget, and manage agencies to meet business objectives. And while you have an eye for the future you are scrappy and hands on.

Develop annual budget and manage spend across traditional and digital marketing
Construct and execute consumer centric strategies and plans for driving demand, engagement, and conversion through owned, earned and paid digital channels including brand websites, Instagram, YouTube channel, search, social, video, content, CRM, SEO, referral programs
Build reporting, dashboards and KPIs to measure and share performance, optimize spend and share actionable insights
Lead social listening initiatives across brands/sub-brands
Develop and deploy community marketing initiatives (e.g., Chamber relationship, event sponsorship, etc.) aligned with the regions service footprint
Drive the Direct to Consumer (DTC) & loyalty programs strategy and activation
Develop regional martech stack in partnership with marketing leaders
Identify and own the relationship with the right local agency partner
Job location: St. Louis, Missouri
5-8+ years of managing a local, B2C marketing department with a proven track record of success as measured in YoY sales growth
Experience in segmenting and analyzing market trends in a local market to market direct to a client base
Deep experience with website development, Google AdWords, SEO and organic search, direct mailers, and social strategies
Deep experience analyzing churn metrics, sales funnel, engagement using Google Analytics and other BI tools and finding actionable insights
Strong strategic capabilities as well as hands-on tactical ability
A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills
High attention to detail and quality standards
