As the Diversity Inclusion Program Manager, you will contribute to making this world a more equal one. Program Manager for multiple DIB projects Goal Develop Talent Focus on mentoring, coaching, career navigation for diverse talent Coordinate sessions for DI communities on topics of interest Carry out focus groups to improve the minority experience Goal Foster a Positive Climate Collaborate with OD on culture and DIB Ecosystem Gather proposals for ERG Budgets Coordinate annual ERG mini-summit Publish DI communities Toolkit 2.0 Goal Harness Best Practices Coordinate publication of DIB Toolkit for managers Roll out DIB interview new questions Goal Build Transparency Update race indicators Implement new gender field attributes in Workday Implement cadence for diversity updates to LT Required Qualifications Know how to get things done, both on time and successfully Ability to put a calendar of execution together, manage and connect with stakeholders, navigate a complex organization (whose priorities may not always be aligned), create content under direction, excel at communication, and a fantastic ability to not lose sight of the final goal Typical tools, like good docs and MSFT Office are a must Design Thinking, User-Centered Experience and Agile Practices would be ideal Some experience in the Human Resources People practice preferred Skills Competencies this position will develop Perseverance effort related to inclusion often faces opposition Resilience the circumstances are often volatile Focus results expected to demonstrate progress Ability to have fun - this is a must ) - to get through the challenges Allegiance to equality natural tendency to see what is possible in a more just world Warrior spirit doing inclusion work requires grit Attention to detail ability to produce quality work to be proud of Constant learning mode design, iterate, try, fail, try it again This is an entry- to medium-level position We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, arrest, and conviction records in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.
