Manpower is looking for Bilingual Customer Care Specialists (English/French), this would be a permanent full time role working from home.

Working for a Credit Card/Financial company, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from existing and potential customers. You are directly accountable for meeting and exceeding client goals as they relate to service levels and quality of calls within a team-driven and fast-paced work environment. Successful candidates will have a keen interest in solving customer issues and answering inquiries as quickly and easily as possible, while remaining committed to delivering exceptional customer service in a caring and considerate manner.

What's in it for you?

Hourly pay of $18.50
Work from Home
Monday to Sunday (rotating shift hours apply)

What's the Job?
Manage inbound customer calls regarding standard inquiries, transactions, account maintenance and online support
Respond to customer inquiries in a pleasant, courteous, professional, and well-informed manner
Adhere to established escalation procedures when mitigating complaints and escalations on the first contact
Achieve quality service by accurately assessing and responding to customer needs, using sound judgment and flexibility when recommending appropriate options
End each call by completing all required activity in order to fulfill customer requests

What Do You Bring to the Job?
High school diploma or equivalent is a must
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; English and French
Superior customer service skills and are an effective listener
Minimum of 25WPM
Excellent Microsoft Office skills and an ability to learn multiple computer systems, both Windows based and other decisions
Previous customer service experience and/or call center is required
Ability to pass a background check (criminal and credit)
Strong organizational and time management skills

Candidates should meet the requirements below:

An appropriate workspace that is private, has lack of distractions, free of noise, and free of personal responsibility for the agreed upon work hours.
A secure area to store company and customer related information
Power outlets for both a PC and Monitor
High Speed internet (10MB or greater)
A physical space where you can fit your PC and Monitor near a router or modem. This is important since you must be connected via Ethernet port and not by wifi.
Ability to follow instructions for workstation set-up
Apple or Android phone (not Mandatory)
