Customer Service Analyst

GardaWorld Cash Transport is looking for a Customer Service Analyst to provide support and personalized solutions to prestigious customers. The selected individual will research and work in tandem with the custumer service teams to answer questions from our financial and business clients.

What you will do:

Perform in-depth research to find missing parts in order to complete transactions.
Have accounting knowledge (understanding of general ledger accounts, credit debits, etc.)
Act as a privileged intermediary for the client and listen to their needs and requirements.
Work in collaboration with other departments to resolve customer issues;
Attend to requests from our clients.
Bring new ideas to improve our ways of doing things.
Participate in the design of solutions.
Participate in the implementation of recommendations and facilitate team buy-in as needed.

Your profile:

Research expert.
Knowledge of the banking back office.
Excellent team player.
Knowledge or experience in the Transport of values (secure transport and cash management) is a definite asset.
Excellent customer service skills.
Bilingualism (spoken / written) English and French.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Good sense of organization and good management of priorities.
Exceptional communication and problem solving.
Professionalism, autonomy, and ability to adapt in a constantly changing/high-paced environment.
