Primary Responsibilities:

Support the management of a Windows-based network utilized by 100+ users. Respond to emails, phone calls, and helpdesk tickets from employees and customers seeking help with software or computer related issues. Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, schedule, and compatibility. Evaluate vendor products and make recommendations for hardware and software purchases. Conceptualize, for leadership, system upgrades and user experiences to aid in decision making. Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned and participate in special projects as required. Contribute to the development of documentation to support compliance to the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) Process and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). Support the development of information security policies and procedures. Apply knowledge of marking, handling, and dissemination of classified material and information. Maintain system documentation.

Required Education and Experience: Associates degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or Information Systems and four (4) years of experience with IT help desk support.
