Temporary Administrative Assistant, Real Estate
*Responsibilities* · Collect data via emails and accurately input data into the Real Estate Database (CoStar Real Estate Manager) · Process Real Estate Leases, which includes printing leases, obtaining appropriate signatures, coordinating payments, and sending out lease packages with all of the correct documentation (i.e. insurance certificates, payments, etc.) · Create and update vendors in financial systems. · Follow up diligently on lease information (including but not limited to: payment information, insurance requirements, and appropriate contacts) and fully executed leases · Maintain lease files both in the Real Estate Database and for each lease package to ensure all mandatory documents are collected. · Process and obtain business licenses by communicating with the appropriate municipalities and jurisdictions and applying and paying for applications either online or by mail · Assist Spirit Real Estate Department and other departments on projects assigned by Supervisor *Skills & Abilities Required: * · Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook and MS Office programs · Must be dependable, organized, a self-starter, detail oriented and assertive · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Able to work independently · Be a team player · Real Estate background a plus · Professional phone etiquette. · Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. · Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. *Experience/Education Required: * · HS Diploma or equivalent required · Minimum of 1 year experience Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required) Work Location: * One location Work Remotely: * No
