*Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Level 2 *

*Location: Montgomery, AL but position is REMOTE *

*Rate: $14-$15 per hour W-2 *

* Responsibilities to include but not limited to onboard and support business online banking clients, answer multiple phone lines and respond to inquiries via email.
* Responds to inquiries relating to our business online banking platform or to requests from customers and other Bank personnel within given time frames and within established policy
* Supports other areas within the team
* Identifies and resolves issues within assigned function
* Provide high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in handling and having access to sensitive information
* Experience with MS Office Suite
* High level of accuracy and great attention to detail
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Detail oriented and quality focused
* Flexible, able to adapt to change
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
