Conference Support/Customer Service and Technical Support Associate (Remote - Hawaii only).

We're looking for an associate in Hawaii to cover our overnight conferences for our colleagues in Eastern timezone.

Veracast Communications is an industry-leading audio and video webcasting company with many high profile clients in the financial services industry. We are looking for personable, highly motivated, technically-oriented team players who are comfortable working remotely from home as well as in an office environment to join our fast-growing company in the following positions:

*Conference Support/Customer Service and Technical Support Associate ($33-$38k): *

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. In this role, you MUST enjoy helping people, answering questions and resolving problems/issues. You will answer interact with clients and conference planners on a daily basis to set up a webcast, provide instructions to access a webcast and provide technical support via email. You will help monitor and check quality of live and on-demand audio/video webcasts. Good verbal (telephone) and written (email) communications skills are essential.

+ Be very reliable, professional and have good follow-up skills.
+ Possess the ability to learn and perform in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

+ Be proficient and comfortable with computers and Internet browsers.
+ Have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.

Requirements:

+ Ability to work from home with high-speed Internet and personal computer

+ Willingness to work some early mornings
+ Proficient with personal computers, Internet web browsing and applications

+ BA degree or equivalent work experience in related field
