Pay rate: $10/hr

We have an immediate need for customer service representatives for a popular cable company — NO prior experience required; \*paid training is provided. You will have the ability to choose what days and hours you work, within the parameters of the required days/hours listed below. Enjoy a more fulfilling work-life balance working from the comfort of home. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assist customers with billing
* Troubleshoot technical issues (no technical background needed)

* Determine business offerings that the customer does not currently have and make the appropriate sales offer to upgrade and add on to their service

*REQUIREMENTS: *

*You will need to have: (No exceptions)*
* *Your own laptop with Windows 10 or higher OR MAC OS X 10.10 Yosemite or higher, with access to a hard-wired connection (plug directly into the router) - y*ou will not be able to connect wirelessly*. MACs will require Boot Camp and a licensed version of Windows. *
* *Dual Monitors*

* *USB headset with microphone*
* *USB Flash Drive (32 GB minimum)*
* *Hard-wired telephone and headset (Ex: AGPtek Call Center Dialpad can be found on Amazon)*

*CERTIFICATION: *

*This role requires certification on the call system. Paid certification training takes 21 business days and 100% attendance is required. *

*Certification dates: 6/28/21 - 7/26/21*

*(Certification includes four hours of instructor-led content Mon - Fri, and up to two hours of self-paced content. Think of certification like school, except after passing these courses, you are guaranteed a role with the company.*)
* *Registration for certification ends 6/13/21, so you must be available to complete the following ASAP (requires about 1.5 hours): *
* *Paperwork (online)*
* *Computer compatibility assessment online*
* *Short (basic) quiz online*
* *Background check*

*AVAILABLE HOURS: *

*There is a 6 hour per week minimum requirement.*
* *6 hours on Friday, Saturday, or a combination of both is required. *
* *You can choose your own schedule. Hours are available: *
*7 days a week*
*8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. ET*
*5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. ET*
*(Most hours are available Monday – Friday, 5:00 p.m. –10:00 p.m. ET)*
