We are now looking for a Diversity and Inclusion Lead to drive and deliver the Guardian’s diversity and inclusion strategy across the organisation.


 


About The Role


To be a recognised expert who will make recommendations and proactively identify opportunities to support the D&I agenda

Represent the company externally at key D&I meetings and events, building a strong public network and presence in the D&I community 

Work with the People Leadership team to understand key issues within the business and develop informed solutions 

Manage the D&I budget and be part of collaborative project teams for company-wide initiatives as the D&I expert.


About You


Experience leading diversity and inclusion programmes, including building and launching initiatives from the ground-up

Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders, able to build valuable relationships, with an aptness to consult, influence and drive change

A confident subject matter expert in all things D&I
